Yes, according to the current laws and professional codes of practice in Hong Kong, you generally must hold a valid referral letter issued by a registered Hong Kong doctor in order to receive diagnosis and treatment from a physiotherapist.
Policy Update： The Hong Kong government is promoting legislative amendments that may, in the future, allow exemptions from referrals under specific conditions (such as having previously received a doctor's diagnosis, meeting clinical guidelines, etc.).
Please note: Before the new exemption rules officially take effect, to protect your rights and interests (especially when involving medical insurance or public hospital referrals), it is strongly recommended that you bring a valid doctor's referral letter.

We recommend that you book your appointment in advance, as time slots, especially during after-work hours and weekends, tend to be busy.
The first appointment is typically a comprehensive assessment, which takes approximately 45–60 minutes. The physiotherapist will conduct a detailed consultation, examination, and formulate a preliminary treatment plan.
Regarding the cost, please refer to the latest clinic price list for the actual fees. We recommend contacting us directly via WhatsApp or phone.
In terms of preparation, please wear loose-fitting clothing and bring your identification documents, a valid doctor's referral letter, and relevant medical reports (such as X-rays or MRI reports).
This clinic supports claims for most major medical insurance plans (including individual and corporate schemes). As the terms of each policy vary, we recommend that you contact your insurance agent or insurance company in advance to confirm whether your policy covers physiotherapy services and if there is a deductible amount.
Regarding the use of medical cards, we are a network clinic for some insurance providers and can arrange direct settlement (cashless) service for you. Please send a photo of your medical card (front side) to our WhatsApp in advance, and we will assist you with a preliminary confirmation of your coverage.
Our clinic is a registered healthcare provider and accepts the "Elderly Health Care Voucher" issued by the government.
Eligibility: Senior citizens who are aged 65 or above and hold a valid Hong Kong Identity Card.
Usage Procedure: Please inform our staff upon registration and present your Hong Kong Identity Card.
Important Notes: The Health Care Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase non-medical products. The amount you wish to use each time is up to your own decision.
